Founded by Marc Wunderlin, an independent IT project leader with more than two decades of experience delivering complex enterprise infrastructure programs.

With a background in electrical engineering and communication systems (MSc Electrical Engineering ETHZ, Siemens) and extensive consulting experience (Logica, Accenture), he bridges technical architecture with delivery leadership to ensure successful implementation of large-scale IT initiatives.

Cloud Migration - Aviation MRO Provider

Migration of the non-SAP application landscape to Microsoft Azure as part of a large infrastructure transformation program.
Responsible for target environment implementation, application migration, file migration and datacenter exit, including coordination of distributed teams and external providers

Core System Implementation – Health Insurance

Led end-to-end test management for the introduction of a new core insurance solution module
Responsible for system, integration, migration, performance and acceptance testing, including defect management, release governance, and test environment coordination to ensure operational readiness of an enterprise critical system.

Core System Transformation – Health Insurance

Led the data migration workstream in the transition from a legacy host-based to a new core insurance solution
Responsible for migration planning, release coordination, as well as implementation of a regulatory data archive and automated data quality KPIs.
